PRIVACY POLICY – YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS
Effective Date: [01/07/2026]. Last Updated: [01/07/2026].
SCOPE
This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how Zertrion. LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Zertrion," "we," "us," or "our") treats personal information we collect about you, including through our website, platforms, and any tools where this Policy is located (the "Platform"). We operate internationally, including in the United States and the European Union, and this Policy applies to visitors, prospective clients, clients, and other individuals who interact with us regardless of location.
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) governs how we handle your personal information, and your specific rights are set out in the "Your Privacy Rights" section below — this applies to you based on where you are located, not on where Zertrion is incorporated.
If you are located in a US state with its own comprehensive privacy law (including Delaware, California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and others), you may have similar rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing; see the "Your Privacy Rights" section below, which applies these protections consistently regardless of which specific state law governs your request.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Our Platform is intended for business and professional use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 16. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS
Depending on where you are located, you have rights over your personal information under the GDPR (if you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland) or under applicable US state privacy laws (if you are a resident of a US state with a comprehensive privacy law, such as Delaware, California, Virginia, Colorado, or Connecticut). Zertrion is a United States company, and the personal information we collect may be stored and processed in the United States, as well as in the European Economic Area or other countries where our service providers operate. If you are located in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, your personal information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other countries outside your jurisdiction. Where this occurs, we rely on appropriate safeguards recognised under GDPR, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, to protect your personal information in accordance with this Policy and applicable law.
